When setting up an account with the Charitable Emporium™ shopping service, we will gather data regarding your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Any information given to us is used only to track your contributions / rebates and enable proper reporting to you regarding your tax deductible contributions.  This tracking is based on a code added to the vendor links to uniquely identify the charity and the donor.

Occasionally, we may use this information to send you news regarding technical or operational issues regarding the Charitable Emporium.  At any time, you may update your profile, using the "Update User Data" option on the web  to elect not to receive any of these notifications.

Your personal information includes your name, e-mail address, mailing address, charitable affiliation, and other data that may identifies you as an individual.  We will never sell, trade, rent or release your personal information to third parties.
