Minimum Number of Cartridges

We require that you return a minimum of five (5) OEM cartridges or ten (10) compatible toner cartridges for recycling or a proportionate combination of the two.

Minimum Number of Ink Cartridges

We require that you return a minimum of twenty (20) ink cartridges or less if returned in combination with toner cartridges

Toner Cartridge Recycling Program

Please complete the form below to recycle your empty toner cartridges. Recycling through our web enables you to receive a credit for future toner purchases or make a donation to a non-profit organization.

After submitting the form, you will receive via e-mail a prepaid UPS label for shipping. Simply attach the label to the package and give the package to your UPS driver or bring to any UPS facility. You can check the status of your credit or donation transaction by clicking on the "Recycle Status" link from our navigation menu on the left hand side of this screen. You will require your e-mail address and zip code.

Important Note: Empty toner cartridges must be in good condition to be accepted for this recycling program. Cartridges that are broken or otherwise damaged cannot be accepted. Be sure to carefully package the cartridges to avoid damage during shipping.
