(excluding shipping and taxes) is then automatically donated to the
participating non-profit organization you selected. Be sure to register
at our web site on you first visit. This will enable you to track your
transactions and donations on-line.
How can my non-profit organization
take part in the toner program?
Only IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations are eligible to participate
in the program as required by our IRS private letter ruling. Joining is
simple and there is no cost to the non-profit organization. For

Am I paying more for toner to support
the non-profit organizations?
No! You are not compromising on price, quality, or service with the
Toner Program. Prices are equal to and in many cases lower than office
superstore prices.

Must I accept non-OEM cartridges to
participate in the program?
No! Our vendor, DCS, supplies both OEM or new high quality compatible toner
cartridges, the choice is yours. With the toner program you donate to a
non-profit organization whether you purchase the familiar OEM cartridge
or elect to save up to 30% using a quality compatible cartridge. Note
that no recycled, refilled, or remanufactured cartridges are included in
the toner program. Compatible toner cartridges are manufactured to OEM
specifications under stringent quality control standards to assure
performance that equals or exceeds that of the original equipment
manufacturer. All toner is backed by a manufacturer’s warranty.
Can I get a quotation for the toner used
by all of the printers, copiers, and fax machines at my company?
Yes. Click on any of the "Get a quote" links and enter your
list of equipment on the form. If you prefer, you may send you list of
equipment to us via e-mail to toner@cecharity.com. We will review your
list of equipment and prepare a quotation normally within one business day.
